Sierra McNeil is a social worker, community leader, and proud resident of Strawberry Mansion running for Pennsylvania State Representative in the 195th District. A lifelong advocate for communities that have too often been overlooked by government, Sierra is running because she believes the people of this district deserve leadership that understands their realities and fights for real solutions. Beyond her professional work, Sierra has been a statewide leader in advocacy and policy. She currently serves as President of the National Association of Social Workers–Pennsylvania Chapter, representing thousands of social workers and leading efforts to advance policies that support workers, strengthen communities, and expand access to mental health services. Through this work, she has helped elevate the voices of frontline workers and push for systemic change across the Commonwealth. Sierra is running to bring compassionate, community-centered leadership to Harrisburg.
