Angelito Tenorio
Representative Angelito Tenorio proudly serves Wisconsin’s 14th Assembly District. He is the son of Filipino immigrants and the product of a union household. Rep. Tenorio grew up in West Allis and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UW-Madison. Before the Legislature, he served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, worked as an environmental teacher, and was a climate organizer focused on civic engagement and environmental justice. Rep. Tenorio also served on the West Allis Common Council, becoming the youngest and first person of color to serve as an Alderman. Now, Rep. Tenorio is Wisconsin’s first Filipino American legislator. He champions climate action, workers’ rights, public schools, racial justice, and equity while working to uplift communities across Wisconsin.
