Elizabeth "Tizzy" Lockman represents Delaware's 3rd Senate District. Lockman entered community service in 2004 through Public Allies Delaware and went on to serve in various leadership roles from Highlands Elementary School Parent Teacher Association president to vice chair of the Wilmington Education Improvement Commission. In 2018, Lockman was elected to the Delaware Senate where she continues to serve today.
