Marni von Wilpert

U.S. House
48th District, California

Marni von Wilpert is a San Diego City Councilmember, former Obama administration labor attorney, and lifelong public servant who flipped San Diego's most conservative city council seat blue. Raised in North County, Marni has devoted her career to serving the people. She is a Peace Corps alum who served in Botswana during the AIDS epidemic, helped write the PRO Act as counsel for the House Education and Labor Committee, and has taken on price gougers, polluters, and wage theft back home. She's running for Congress to lower the cost of living, protect reproductive freedom, defend LGBTQ+ rights, and stand up for working families.
