Howard has worked in housing, served as a mentor through Best Kids, and on numerous boards in Ward 2 of his chosen home, DC. He advocates for affordable housing, life improvement opportunities, and fair representation for all residents. As a recognized leader in Ward 2 and DC, Howard was chosen as National Committeeman for DC Young Dems and DC Democratic State Committee Member.
