Michael serves in the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 97th District. Raised primarily in West Kempsville, Virginia Beach, Michael is a proud product of the Virginia Beach Public School system. After graduating from Tallwood High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force at 17, embarking on a 20-year military career that honed his skills as an innovative leader. An alumnus of VA Tech, Norfolk State, and UVA, Michael deeply values both traditional and nontraditional education. Upon retiring from the Air Force, Michael returned to Virginia Beach to pursue his next chapter as a tech entrepreneur.
