Michelle Wall
Michelle Wall has dedicated her career to service through public advocacy, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. As the daughter of a Navy officer, she was raised with a strong sense of duty, integrity, and putting others before self—values that have guided her personal and professional journey. She has held roles with Make-A-Wish, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Delaware Office of Women's Advancement and Advocacy, where she connected individuals and families with critical resources and built strong community partnerships. Michelle also served two terms on the Appoquinimink School Board, advocating for fairness, transparency, support for educators, and equitable education funding for growing communities. Across every role, she has led with empathy, collaboration, and accountability, believing that meaningful change comes from listening, showing up consistently, and working alongside others to create lasting impact.
