Jason Crow
Jason proudly represents Colorado’s 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Jason sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and House Foreign Affairs Committee, where he serves as the Ranking Member of the Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee. He serves on the Democratic Caucus’s National Security Task Force and is Vice-Chair of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force. The grandson of a bricklayer and son of small business owners, Jason worked minimum-wage jobs during high school and eventually enlisted in the National Guard and worked construction jobs to pay his way through college. Jason, an Army Veteran and Bronze Star recipient, has been an outspoken advocate for his fellow veterans in Colorado and across the country. In 2012, fueled by the same patriotism and sense of justice that drove him to enlist in the military, Jason spoke at the Democratic National Convention, making the case for President Obama’s repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” Jason serves Colorado’s 6th District in Congress where he fights to end corruption and the influence of money in politics, keep our communities safe from gun violence, fight the climate crisis, and protect Colorado’s working families.
