Khristian Silvis is a veteran, wife, mother of two, and lifelong public servant. She began her career in service in the U.S. Army as a combat medic, including a deployment to Afghanistan, where she learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, and resilience. After leaving the military, Khristian continued serving veterans and her community as Director of Military & Veterans Affairs for former U.S. Representative Sean Patrick Maloney. After moving to West Michigan with her family, she served as District Director for U.S. Representative Hillary Scholten, helping connect Michiganders with resources and making sure their voices were heard. Her experiences in the military and public service have shaped her commitment to listening, leading, and putting people first, and she is ready to bring that same dedication to Lansing.
