Jonathan Fallon
Jonathan Fallon is a grateful dad to three young children, devoted husband, proud son of a single mother, and humbled fourth-generation service member. Inspired by his mother’s work ethic and his family’s tradition of service, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 2012. He went on to earn a master’s degree from Boston University and a law degree from Suffolk University before commissioning as an Air Force JAG officer. Throughout his active-duty career, Jonathan served as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, was appointed a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and deployed throughout the Middle East during the 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal as the sole legal advisor to a Special Operations Joint Task Force. He continues his service today as an Air Force Reserve JAG. In his civilian capacity, he is a partner at Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, where he maintains a practice serving clients throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Jonathan believes our politics require both center-left and center-right voices, and that meaningful progress requires listening, learning, then leading. He is running for the Maine Senate to turn down the temperature, offer affordability solutions, and bring a commonsense approach rooted in servant leadership, civility, and objectivity to the State House.
