
Pia Dandiya
Pia Dandiya was born and raised in Palm Beach County and pursued a career in education. Pia was a proud public school teacher and at the age of 28, became a high school principal in Harlem. Eighty-six percent of her students lived below the poverty line and under her leadership, 100 percent earned admission to college. She worked as a White House fellow under Democratic and Republican presidents and was later an executive at Apple leading public partnerships in education, healthcare, and state government to better serve local communities. Now she is running for Congress to take on the affordability crisis, crack down on corruption in Congress, lower healthcare costs, and protect Social Security and Medicare.
