Born in Ohio, Abi has called Wichita home since 2009. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime community advocate, Abi believes in service before self. Since 2012, she has served her community in many ways, including two terms on the Wichita Public Library Board; she is currently serving her fourth year on the Wichita District 1 Advisory Board. As representative, Abi advocates for fully funded public education, living wages, access to affordable healthcare, and a Kansas where everyone has a fair shot.
