Callie Barr

U.S. House
1st District, Michigan

Callie Barr is a fifth-generation Michigander, attorney, former teacher, veteran advocate, and mom running for Congress in Upper and Northern Michigan, where Callie and her husband, Marine veteran Matt, are raising their two daughters. After Matt returned from Iraq and Afghanistan with combat injuries, including PTSD and a traumatic brain injury, Callie became his caregiver and advocate, inspiring her work on behalf of veterans and military families. Now she's taking on corruption that has driven up costs and left working families and veterans behind. Enough is enough. She's in the fight for change — for an actually affordable life.
