For more than a decade, New Politics has recruited, trained, and supported leaders who served their country and communities first – and then stepped forward to serve again in elected office. From veterans and national service alumni to teachers, healthcare workers, and public servants, we know servant leadership is a winning strategy – and that servant leaders know how to govern and get things done once elected.

Our nation is in a moment of deep division and rising cynicism. Trust in politics is low. But this is not the first time our country has faced a crisis of faith. Time and again, we’ve been carried forward by the same thing: leaders forged in service who put the country first.
The young men and women who enlisted after 9/11. The graduates who chose AmeriCorps or Peace Corps service over the comfortable path. The first responders and healthcare workers who gave everything to their communities. These servant leaders embody grit, courage, and integrity – exactly what our politics needs right now.
