Meghann Valeo is a Professional Engineer specializing in civil engineering, bringing extensive expertise as a consultant in transit safety and security. A proud veteran of the United States Army, she served as a Military Police Platoon Leader in Iraq, where her distinguished service earned her a Bronze Star Medal, a Combat Action Badge, and the Iraqi Campaign Medal. In addition to her professional and military achievements, Meghann is a deeply engaged community leader in Hillsborough, currently serving on the Service Unit Team and as a Troop Leader with the Hillsborough Girl Scouts, as well as with the Hillsborough Band Parent Association. Her long-standing dedication to local youth and community organizations is further highlighted by her past leadership roles within the elementary and intermediate school Home and School Associations.
