Bill Driscoll is the Massachusetts State Senator for the Norfolk, Plymouth and Bristol Senate District. Prior to this he served as the Representative for Massachusetts's 7th Norfolk District, where he served on House Chair of the Joint Committee on Emergency Preparedness and Management which was tasked with providing oversight of Massachusetts' response against the COVID-19 pandemic. In his life before the legislature, Driscoll provided leadership in the U.S. disaster response and humanitarian aid sector. Bill has served in executive leadership roles for three nonprofit organizations, including as Interim President and CEO of National VOAD, the nonprofit industry's association for organizations active in disaster response.
