A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and San Diego City Councilmember, Von Wilpert's lifelong commitment to service makes her the exact type of leader that New Politics aims to elect.

Marni von Wilpert is a San Diego City Councilmember, former Obama administration labor attorney, and lifelong public servant who flipped San Diego's most conservative city council seat blue.
