NEW POLITICS ENDORSES EILEEN LAUBACHER FOR CONGRESS IN COLORADO'S 4TH DISTRICT
WASHINGTON D.C. (February 25, 2026) — New Politics today endorsed Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher for U.S. Congress in Colorado's 4th Congressional District. A 34-year Navy veteran, Laubacher served as Defense Attaché to India and Senior Director for South Asia on the National Security Council, embodying the principled, mission-focused leadership that New Politics seeks to elevate.

About Eileen Laubacher
Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher is a 34-year U.S. Navy veteran who followed a proud family legacy of service. She joined the 11th class with women at the United States Naval Academy and graduated in 1990. After more than seven years as an intelligence officer serving in the United States and abroad, she left active duty and joined the Navy Reserve. She made Colorado home with her husband Chris and raised five children in Highlands Ranch, CO. In 2009, she deployed to Afghanistan when her children were 10, 8, 6, 4, and 1. When she became an Admiral in 2018, the Navy asked her to serve as Senior Defense Official andDefense Attaché in New Delhi, India from 2019 to 2022. After that tour, she was asked to join the National Security Council to serve as Senior Director for South Asia. She retired from the Navy in October 2024 and returned home to Colorado, where she lives with her husband, children, and three grandchildren. Learn more at eileenforcolorado.com.
