HOW I GOT HERE
I grew up in a small community where service was part of everyday life. Whether it was cooking meals for neighbors or helping teachers get ready for the school year, needs were filled through acts of service. That foundation made my transition into an AmeriCorps VISTA role after college feel like a natural extension of how I was raised, and provided me a way to build connections in a new place. Those experiences shaped how I see systems: not as abstract tools, but as lifelines that either connect people to resources, or leave them out.
From there, I carried that lens into every role and started to recognize a pattern - organizations doing incredible work were often held back by outdated systems and inaccessible data.
At New Politics , I found the opportunity to bridge that gap by building and maintaining the platforms that power our work. I translate complex technical systems into tools our team can use to make decisions, reach more people, and grow our impact.
My path has always been about connection and today, I use technology to strengthen our systems and create more pathways for servant leaders to drive meaningful political change.

WHAT I’M BUILDING
I believe systems shape outcomes.
The tools we use, how we collect data, how we communicate, how we make decisions, all quietly determine who gets reached, who gets supported, and who gets left behind. When systems are fragmented or inaccessible, even the strongest programs struggle to reach their full potential.
But when systems are intentional, inclusive, and easy to use, they become powerful drivers of impact. They empower staff to act quickly, make informed decisions, and focus on what matters most: people.
That’s the work I’m committed to, building systems that don’t just function, but unlock capacity, strengthen teams, and expand who can participate in the work.
