Jon served as an armor officer in the US Army from 2000-2005, including deployments in support of both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has spent the last 13 years working on energy and environmental issues as both an advocate for effective public policy and in the private sector developing business opportunities to demonstrate the sound economics of a protected and healthy environment. Jon is a native of West Virginia who currently resides in Nashville, TN, where he founded his most recent company Revive Energy. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, Harvard Kennedy School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
