Allishia is currently in her fifth year at City Year Jacksonville as the Chief of Staff. She is both an alum of City Year's LEAD program, and also a Leadership Jacksonville-Collegiate Experience alum, recipient of the 2018 Unsung Shero Award from the Women's Center of Jacksonville and currently on the Steering Committee with the Women's Giving Alliance. Allishia co-founded the #withlovejax movement and was proud to give a TED talk about the movement at the 2016 TEDxFSCJ main event. Allishia Bauman is a graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville and received her Bachelor’s Degree from The American Women's College at Bay Path University for Organizational and Leadership Studies.
