Maximizing impact through State and Local leadership

“All politics is local” is a common refrain in the campaign world, but too often dysfunction at the national level steals the spotlight. This is especially true in battleground states, which are the scenes of the worst dynamics in politics: hyper-partisanship, a winner-take-all mentality, and scorched-earth campaign tactics.

We are bringing together bipartisan state legislators in two battleground states - Michigan and Florida - to discuss the value of cross-partisanship in our current political climate. We’ll also be discussing the importance of a new generation of leadership stepping into the arena at the state and local levels.

Register to join us for this virtual event on Thursday, July 22, at 10am ET.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Alberto Ramos (alberto@newpolitics.org). You will receive the videoconference link via email once you submit the form. There is no cost to attend.

This event is over, and we’re grateful to all who joined us for an inspiring discussion.
