Endorsement: Lindsey Burke Kentucky House of Representatives

WASHINGTON D.C.—New Politics, the national organization dedicated to electing outstanding servant leaders to all levels of government, today endorsed AmeriCorps alum Lindsey Burke for State Representative in Kentucky’s 75th House District. Emily Cherniack, Founder and Executive Director of New Politics, released the following statement:

“As a lifelong Kentuckian, Lindsey Burke has seen firsthand many of the barriers preventing working families from thriving in her home state. Through her early work in advocacy for Lexington’s most vulnerable, to her entrepreneurial problem-solving, which has unlocked access to legal assistance for thousands of Kentuckians, Lindsey has made it her life’s work to stand up for and empower her community. We’re thrilled to endorse this courageous servant leader and can’t wait to see her get to work in Frankfort.”
