The past month has been quite eventful for us, as we’ve grown our team, launched a new partnership with some amazing elected servant leaders, and celebrated our latest election victory. Thanks as always for reading and staying involved!
A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF THE SERVICE FIRST WOMEN’S VICTORY FUND
Last week in front of a crowd of nearly 200 people, we joined Representatives Chrissy Houlahan, Elaine Luria, Mikie Sherrill, Elissa Slotkin, and Abigail Spanberger and celebrated the launch of the Service First Women’s Victory Fund, a first of its kind initiative to elevate the collective voice of women servant leaders and strengthen their leadership in Congress.. More than $230,000 has been committed to this effort in less than two months since we launched,, showing just how strong the support is for servant leaders. These women are leading the way for more women servant leaders in Congress, and we’re proud to work with them to showcase the power of servant leadership and build the next generation of political leaders. PAT RYAN WINS COUNTY EXECUTIVE SEAT IN ULSTER COUNTY, NEW YORK
Earlier this month we celebrated Pat Ryan’s winning County Executive campaign in Ulster County, New York. Now we’re excited to see him sworn-in on June 7th! He has promised to work on issues like the opioid epidemic and green job creation, and he is already planning to host town hall meetings in each of Ulster’s municipalities over the next six months. WELCOME TO THE NEW POLITICS TEAM, MICHAEL JOFFRION
We were excited earlier this week to welcome Michael Joffrion to the team as a new Senior Campaign Advisor! Joffrion will lead our growth on the Republican side of the aisle, helping recruit and advise candidates and their campaigns across the country. He joins the team having served on multiple Republican presidential and U.S. Senate campaigns, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the Alabama Republican Party. Joffrion is widely viewed as one of the most experienced Republican strategists in the country.

After a huge year of wins for service candidates, we were proud to announce our support for the reelection campaigns of some consummate servant leaders: U.S Representatives Jason Crow, Jared Golden, Chrissy Houlahan, Elaine Luria, Max Rose, Mikie Sherrill, Elissa Slotkin, and Abigail Spanberger. Our servant leaders have already helped reshape the face of Congress, and we are excited to back them in the upcoming election cycle.
