STATE SENATOR JOHN CRONIN

Massachusetts’ Worcester & Middlesex District

Service: U.S. Army

As a former Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army and combat veteran, John has spent his entire career in public service to the country.

John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and commissioned as an Army Officer in 2013. The formative experience of John’s life was leading infantrymen during his two tours on the front lines in Afghanistan. The soldiers in John’s company taught him what it takes to collaborate and accomplish tough missions: integrity, humility, vision, and accountability—attributes John will bring to bear for his District as State Senator.

After being honorably discharged from the Army as a Captain, John began work at the Harvard Law School Legal Services Center working with professors and students to provide legal advocacy to indigent veterans. Currently, he is completing his Juris Doctor at Suffolk Law while he campaigns full time.
