Alice Chen is the Founder and Principal at Wayfinding Wisdom, LLC an organizational development and executive coaching firm, as well as an Innovation Producer with Smallify and Design Lead with Optimistic Anthropology. Alice has worked with hundreds of leaders across a diverse array of non-profit and for-profit organizations in government, business, education, and technology. She works with socially conscious, mission-driven leaders and organizations to develop collaborative and inclusive approaches to leadership that integrate heart and head, foster innovation, and transform relationships, as well as impact and the bottom line. Alice holds an undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in adult learning and development from University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
