Missy Cotter Smasal

Missy Cotter Smasal is a former Navy Surface Warfare Officer who served during Operation Enduring Freedom. After her military service, Missy became a small business owner in Virginia Beach. Currently serving on the Chesapeake Bay Commission, she brings experience in military service, business management, and environmental advocacy to her congressional campaign.
