Eboni-Rose Thompson

Eboni-Rose Thompson, a 4th generation Washingtonian, serves on the State Board of Education for Ward 7. With over a decade of experience in education policy and advocacy, she currently works in education philanthropy. Eboni-Rose's background includes roles at DC Public Schools, Save the Children, and America's Promise Alliance. She holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in education finance from Georgetown. Her work focuses on educational equity and community engagement, informed by her experiences as a Ward 7 Education Council Chair and Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner.
