For nearly two decades, Mary has supported the development and growth of young leaders and the scale and impact of social sector organizations, including work with America’s Promise Alliance, the Boston Public Schools, City Year, the College Board, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the Corporation for National and Community Service, the Grad Nation campaign, and MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership. Mary served with AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps. She served as co-executive director of AmeriCorps Alums where she launched Employers of National Service, commemorating the 20th Anniversary of AmeriCorps. Mary sits on the Advisory Committee of Equity in the Center. Mary earned her BA in Poverty Studies from the University of Virginia and her MPA in Domestic Policy from Princeton University.
