About the Accelerator Program

We offer the best-in-class preparation for servant leaders running for office today. If you are running for state-wide or federal office or in an election further in the future, please let us know by filling out this form instead. This program will prepare you to successfully launch your campaign and accelerate your preparation as a candidate for office. We do this by:

• Guiding participants through a roadmap to build skills and competencies
• Helping each candidate develop their campaign and apply their leadership skills to their role as a candidate
• Building a cohort of candidates for mutual support and accountability
• Delivering content that is advanced, technical, and intensive
• Topics include: fundraising, communication, organizing, hiring, and leading as a candidate

This program is bipartisan and includes sessions both across and within parties and for candidates running in non-partisan races. The required program dates will be released when the application is open.

FAQ

Is Accelerator only for people running in local and state races? Yes. This program does not accept applicants running in state-wide or federal races. 

What is the cost of attending the program? There is no cost to attend. Accelerator is free, and New Politics covers travel, food, and lodging expenses for the in-person portion of the program. 

I’m not running until 2028, can I still apply? We will run the program again in the future. For now, we recommend chatting with us, attending our office hours, and learning at the Academy.
